Since the entry into force of the EU Regulation on the Internal Market for Electricity in January 2020, Transmission System Operators have to make available for cross-border trade at least 70% of interconnection capacities. As the competent authority for assessing compliance with the implementation of the 70% threshold in France, CRE publishes a report today detailing RTE's results on the French borders for the year 2021.
