The Commission de régulation de l'énergie (CRE) is consulting market players on the changes envisaged in the future tariff for the use of regulated LNG terminals (ATTM7) applicable for the period 2025-2028 and on adaptations to Elengy's commercial offer.

The main elements presented and submitted for consultation by CRE are as follows:

  • Presentation and analysis of the resources required by the operator in a context of high levels of subscription and use of terminals.

  • Changes to the tariff framework, similar to those adopted for the ATRT8, ATRD7 and ATS3 natural gas transmission, distribution and storage tariffs, to take account of the decline in natural gas consumption.

  • Introduction of an Energy Variable Term to cover charges proportional to the quantities of LNG actually unloaded.

  • Changes to the commercial offer in order to correct certain limitations of the current offer in cases of heavy use of LNG terminals.

Interested parties are invited to respond to the public consultation before September 30th.
