CRE’s Report on the implementation of the minimum threshold of 70% of interconnection capacity for cross-border trade at the French borders
Since the entry into force of the EU Regulation on the Internal Market for Electricity in January 2020, Transmission System Operators shall make available for cross-border trade at least 70% of interconnection capacities. As the competent authority for assessing compliance with the implementation of the 70% threshold in France, CRE publishes a report today detailing RTE's results on the French borders during the first half of 2020.
